Responsibilities:

1. Provide facilities support pertaining to Facilities Monitoring and Control Systems (FMCS) and other miscellaneous electrical & electronic facilities systems to wafer fabrication to ensure continuous supply of utilities & related facilities at the required performance level or specifications.
2. Formulate and implement operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs for systems in charge to ensure that the systems function as intended at all times. Systems include CCTV, card access system, FMCS, Life safety system, instruments for FMCS, Siemens/Rockwell PLC & SCADA control system, and other control systems.
3. Carry out repair and troubleshooting of systems to restore systems to their operating conditions in the shortest possible time.
4. Monitor & review system performance and capacity usage and provide regular reports to recommend & implement improvement/enhancement projects.
5. Track spares & consumable usage and ensure adequate provision for day-to-day operation.
6. Ensure plant histories, drawings, data, and other appropriate documentation are generated & properly filed for future reference & review.
7. Evaluate & recommend appropriate spares, consumables & other resources necessary for the day-to-day operation of the systems.
8. Ensure that all quality expectations are upheld to meet better than expected customer requests.
9. Create and innovate new processes for continuous improvement to current processes to attain best-in-class quality and cost.

More about you:

1. Master / Degree in Science or Engineering in Electrical, Electronic, Control Engineering or equivalent.
2. Basic engineering knowledge, which may include knowledge in industrial automation & industrial control systems.
3. 5 - 10 years working experience in semiconductor environment, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry preferred.
4. PLC & SCADA Programming.
5. Good problem-solving skills and strong technical knowledge.
6. Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
