Overview

CIO of Global Financial Services Provider has strategic Plans for Next Gen Enterprise IOS Mobile Platform. He is looking for Technical Development Leadership to lead Mission Critical Mobile Builds and Implementation.

The Opportunity

IOS leads/developers Mobile Platform Engineering shall oversee all aspects of Mobile Development for Next Gen Mobile Product Portfolio:

1. Strategic Technical Engineering Thought Leadership
2. Build-Manage-Grow Mobile Engineer Teams
3. Guidance/Oversight: Code Reviews-Release Management
4. Principal Engineer over Mission Critical IOS Builds
5. Direct Report to VP of Engineering

Environment

1. World Class E-Commerce Mobile Platform
2. Greenfield IOS Mobile Engineering
3. Progressive/Innovative Culture

Requisite Skills /Experience

1. Expert knowledge of iOS, Objective C/Swift programming environment (4-6+ years)
2. Good grasp on usability and interaction design
3. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect mobile applications to back-end services
4. Strong knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
5. Experience with writing unit tests
6. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
7. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
8. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
9. Expert knowledge and strong continuous integration. Familiarity with continuous delivery for mobile

Knowledge About AGILE/Scrum Preferred

Solid CS, OOP/OOD, design patterns preferred.
