Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in San Jose, CA!

Schedule: Flexibility to work Monday-Thursday 9 am to 7 pm and Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions).
- Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR.
- Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups.
- Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to the clinical team.
- Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission.
- Coordinate after-care with parents and the Discharge Coordinator.
Requirements:
Licensed as a LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA or Associates with AMFT/ACSW/APCC in CA.
Must be able to pass a Live Scan background check.
Exceptional clinical judgment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Payrate: $85,000 - $105,000.
