Job Description

You are a senior designer with a strong design aesthetic, who embraces challenges and is not afraid to take the lead. You build and value relationships—both internally and externally. You’re organized, pay great attention to detail and understand the need for adhering to our clients’ brand guidelines yet are excited to look for ways to push the creative needle wherever and whenever you can. You’re comfortable working across all media channels—digital and non-digital and appreciate the importance of presenting creative with enthusiasm and confidence.   • Drive innovative design across multiple creative deliverables, including websites and brand development.
  • Develop multimedia creative work either with a focus on one client or a wide variety of clients.
  • Work independently on a majority of projects and in collaboration with a creative director on complex projects.
  • Ideate and present your own concepts and ideas, as well as collaborate with art directors and creative director contributing to their creative vision.
  • Design for a wide range of client deliverables like print, digital assets, website pages, emails, and event booth and collateral, in accordance with client requests, and sometimes including complex initiatives like web design and employer branding campaign development.
  • Present ideas and creative work to team members, account teams, and clients.
  • Provide feedback to and oversee creative contributions from designers and production designers.
  • Constructively collaborate with team members, project managers, account team and clients.
  • Collaborate with design and social media team members to create assets that meet the needs of a particular project and match the aesthetic and guidelines of our clients’ brands.
  • Design using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (with primary focus on Photoshop and Illustrator) with an emphasis on accuracy and visual communication.
  • Work in close collaboration with copywriters, fellow designers, developers, project managers, clients and account teams.
  • Ensure that the client’s branding is accurately represented in all deliverables.
  • Develop site maps when needed and design for template and custom websites, ensuring best practices for UX and candidate experience.
  • Work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high productivity environment, with a sense of urgency.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in visual communication or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Experience designing assets for and updating content in website templates and emails; Phenom website platform experience a plus.
  • Some experience and/or proficiency in Figma a plus.
  • Ability to create GIF animations.
  • Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present creative work and the strategic rationale that supports it.
  • Exceptional detail orientation and follow-through.
  • Strength in prioritizing workload, meeting or exceeding deadlines.
  • Ability to constructively accept and positively provide feedback.
  • Serve as a positive role model for junior team members.
  • Exhibit exceptional ability to handle high pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Willingness and ability to work with either primarily one client or multiple clients concurrently.
  • Focus on team success over individual glory.
  • Daily project time tracking and time sheet entry as appropriate and required.
  • An understanding of the recruitment marketing industry or a strong desire to learn about it and support the agency’s success.
