Join us as Requirements Management Engineer , and you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in West Mifflin.

As a Requirements Management Engineer, you will ensure that the entire project team is meeting companyobjectives on Cost, Quality, and Time through globally standardized Requirements Management
practices. You will be also contributing to the development and maintenance of software tools used inrequirements management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Is the guardian of the As Sold Baseline, manages the configuration items from the As Required & As Specified baselines regarding Requirements Management.
  • Ensure that the management of tender and project requirements is performed as per the global RSC RM process and methodology, thus the delivered product meets the contractual requirements.
  • Provide the necessary support and trainings to tender and project teams regarding requirements management (RM) process, methodology and tool (DOORS) to perform activities requested by the process.
  • Monitors and reports on the status of RM activities, manages the RM database and helps engineers in their RM activities.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of traceability throughout the lifecycle of all requirements(from the Customer Specification, to the detailed design and test specifications, includingall levels in between).
  • Review and give feedback on: supplier-written TPSs (Technical Purchase Specifications)and interface requirements from internal and external ICDs (Interface Control Documents).
  • Collaborate with engineers and management on generating these requirements.
  • Support the project team on understanding and learning the Requirements ManagementPolicies and Directives.
  • Support the project team on learning how to use the Database (DOORS) on which theRequirements Management Policies and Directives are deployed.

As our ideal candidate:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences
  • You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in requirements management, including processesand software tools
  • You have working knowledge of: DOORS, DXL, Power BI, VBA, Excel, and Office
  • You have the necessary skills to lead engineering activities
  • Your have good English communication skills
  • You are rigorous, autonomous and proactive
