Job Description
Perform Validation Engineering for various processes. Responsible for Equipment Qualification, Utilities Qualification, Process Validation, and Cleaning Validation. Develop design and functional specifications, user requirement specifications, test documentation, operating procedures, work instructions, and batch records for manufacturing systems and perform various validation engineering tasks. Perform blending process validation, collection of samples, perform testing in the laboratory, and evaluate data. Author and execute Commissioning and IOQ protocols for utilities like oil-free compressed air, nitrogen, high-quality steam, HVAC units, and facilities including grade A, B, C, and D. Work under supervision. Travel and/or relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout the USA is required.
Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Science (Any) /Chemistry/Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Pharmacy or closely related field with twenty-four (24) months of experience in the job offered or as a Validation Engineer or closely related. Employer also accepts a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering/Science (Any)/Chemistry/Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/Pharmacy or closely related field.
