Maintenance Engineer with CAPEX experience needed in Orange County, California

$100,000 to $120,000 plus Bonus | Permanent | US Citizenship Required

This role is focused on process improvement, maintenance support, and capital projects for expansion and modernization.

Required Background:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. 5 or more years optimizing manufacturing processes
3. Improving equipment performance
4. Enhancing personnel safety
5. Developing and running capital projects to expand capacity

Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), contract packaging, food & beverage, pharma, nutraceutical, or other mass-produced high-speed manufacturing operations will facilitate a smooth transition.
