Mechanical Assembler (PCBA EXPERIENCE IS A MUST) Job Overview: As a mechanical assembler, you will be responsible for assembling parts and components to create finished products according to specifications and blueprints. Your role involves using hand tools, power tools, and machinery to ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions are crucial in this role.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Reading Blueprints and Instructions: Study blueprints, drawings, and work orders to understand the specifications of the product. 2. Assembly of Components: Align and fit parts according to specifications and assemble parts into sub-assemblies or finished products using hand and power tools. 3. Testing and Inspection: Inspect parts for defects and quality issues before assembly. Conduct tests and adjustments to ensure products meet quality standards. 4. Maintaining Equipment: Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure functionality and safety. 5. Documentation: Record product and part information as necessary for production records or quality control purposes. Skills and Qualifications: Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to understand mechanical processes and assembly techniques. Manual Dexterity: Skill in using hand tools and power tools to assemble parts. Attention to Detail: Ability to spot defects and ensure parts are assembled correctly. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals. Time Management: Capability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, lift, and move parts during assembly. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field may be preferred. Training or certification in manufacturing or assembly techniques is a plus.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
