Senior Project Manager - Application Migration (Database Migration)

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager with a technical background in database migration to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing a complex project related to database migration and business intelligence. If you have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects, possess in-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle, and excel in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, we invite you to apply.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate for the position has deep knowledge and understanding of the software development life cycle and experience in project management. Also, he or she has to be ready for a full-time engagement with the project.

We expect you to bring the following experience and qualifications to this position:

1. 4+ years of experience in Project Management.
2. Specialized experience in database migration and/or BI projects.
3. Bachelor's/Master's degree in a computer/tech discipline.
4. A proven track record of successfully delivered projects. Ability to complete projects on time and within the stated budget.
5. Deep knowledge of software development life cycle.
6. Proficiency in working with different methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
7. Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Experience in requirements analysis and working with a BA team.
10. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a changing environment.

Will be a plus

In addition to that, we will appreciate the following skills:

• Experience working with Enterprise customers (USA, Europe).
• Experience in process development, and tools development.
• Experience collaborating with distributed cross-functional teams.
