Join a dynamic, growing team that offers healthcare providers an array of medical technology solutions that make a difference in patients’ lives.Position SummaryThe IABP Assembly Operator will operate a full range of diversified electronic equipment for the building, testing, troubleshooting and repair of the complete line of assemblies, subassemblies and final assemblies.Principal ResponsibilitiesFollow clean room protocols including good hygiene, gowning, hair net & PPE.Meet or exceed daily production goals.Follow safety regulations and maintain safety awareness.Adhere to policies, work instructions, quality regulations, SOPs, WI, cGMPs, GDPs, and FDAguidelines in the effort to manufacture high-quality medical devices at all times.Perform assembly of components, chassis and assemblies working from written instructions, drawings and BOMs.Assemble various electronic and mechanical assemblies such as cables, wires, connectors, components, etc.Perform product testing and final assembly packaging.Perform repair/rework on assemblies.Other duties as assigned.Education / Experience Requirements• High School/Trade School or GED is preferred.• Manufacturing setting experience preferred• Assembler experience preferredSpecialized Skills / Other RequirementsDemonstrated ability to read and write English.Basic computer skills.Simple shop math.Manual dexterity to handle small parts.Visual acuity.Ability to interpret blueprints preferred.At Teleflex, we follow a comprehensive hiring process.
