User Experience Designer V

Summary:

The Client is looking for a Senior User Experience Designer to work on Subscription features as well as other projects. Subscriptions works on products that bring additional value to customers. The Senior UX Designer will work on new features and revisions to existing features. You will create elegant, intuitive user interfaces that meet unique customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Create world-class, user-centered designs through consideration of market research, business requirements, customer feedback, and usability study findings, These experiences will bridge voice, multimodal, web, and mobile applications.
• Collaborate directly with Conversation Designers and the Research team to ensure a consistent and delightful experience across all customer touch points
• Partner with the Product Management team to translate business requirements into use cases and high-level customer experience requirements
• Collaborate directly with Software Engineers to bring the resulting designs and vision to market
• Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, visual mockups, and prototypes
• Develop and maintain detailed user-interface specifications
• Present design work to the design team, product team, and leadership for review and feedback
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience as an interaction designer, user interface designer, conversational designer or similar role
• Experience with Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or their functional equivalents
• Have an available online portfolio
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent design-related field, or commensurate industry experience
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to take complex concepts and quickly turn around detailed flows and mockups or prototypes reflecting a range of options
• Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task in an agile environment
• Ability to communicate, present, and gracefully defend your team’s design decisions
• Experience with multiple platforms and form factors, including phone, tablet, multi-modal, and wearables
• Experience building voice-based products and services
  
  

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
