Position: Lead Fullstack Software Engineer
Location: Watertown, MA.

Education, Experience, & Skills Required:

50% (Primary Function) Technical Execution

• Deliver customer value in the form of high quality software components and services that not only scale to meet our future business needs, but also adhere to our high availability system targets.
• Collaborate with business owners and design leads to understand and refine business requirements, providing superb customer experience.
• Produce accurate, unambiguous technical design specifications to the appropriate detail for internal and external consumption; assess and critique technical documentation.
• Understand best practices with regards to security, testing and performance; hold team members accountable to those standards.
• Identify and propose new, alternative technologies in order to create elegant implementations that achieve business results.

30% Contributions to the Team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
