We are hiring an SRE with Oracle Apps DBA for one of my direct clients. Here I am sharing the job description.

Role: SRE with Oracle Apps DBA

Location: SFO, CA

Duration: Long-Term

We are seeking a candidate with SRE expertise with experience in automation and coding. The role involves working on infrastructure projects, including Oracle database, EBS, Fusion Middleware, and other application stacks like Apache Tomcat. This is not an operational role.

The candidate should be capable of learning and implementing new technology stacks as needed.

Expectations for the position:

Must have experience implementing SRE principles and working experience in the SRE org.

Must have experience in Oracle products including DB, EBS, fusion middleware, and Exadata, as we will not spend time training the candidate.

good understanding/commitment to learning other middleware and/or open-source software so certain project(s) can be assigned.

good research/communication skills for any product including new ones and ownership to complete the assignment with good quality of deliverables.
