Founding Data Engineer / Scientist

Freemind Solutions is seeking a Founding Data Engineer / Scientist to establish their data infrastructure from scratch. This role involves designing data pipelines, creating models and visualizations, and collaborating with various teams to integrate data insights. The position is located in the SF - Bay Area / Los Angeles and requires extensive data engineering and data science experience.

In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

• Design and implement data pipelines, warehouses, and tools.
• Develop models, algorithms, and visualizations to transform raw data into actionable insights for content creators.
• Design infrastructure for and execute A/B experiments to evaluate the impact of changes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate data insights.
• Empower the company with data-driven insights to inform strategy and business goals.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Foster a data-centric culture within the organization.
