Military vehicle Test Engineer

We are seeking a qualified candidate with 3-5 years of experience in operating and maintaining military wheeled or tracked vehicles , with a preference for candidates with a vehicle maintenance background . The ideal candidate should also have 3-5 years of USG Developmental/Operational test experience , or a combination of military and USG Test experience .

Requirements:

• Active Secret Security Clearance (or NACI ).
• Must meet ASR requirements .
• Ability to write and submit Technical Test Engineering Logs on a daily basis.
• Capable of writing and submitting Field Problem Reports and Universal Incident Reports (UIR) for hardware/software issues or failures.
• Provide subject matter expertise , support, and training to the fielding team and USG testers as needed.
• Perform field diagnostics to identify faults and initiate Root Cause Corrective Analysis/Failure Analysis .
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to lead, guide, and direct others with minimal supervision.
• Experience troubleshooting systemic performance issues related to automotive and weapons systems , and providing effective solutions for the customer.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other software tools such as Team Center , Vis Mockup , IADS , and EMSNG .
