Hours:
Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Hybrid role- MUST be local or willing to commute to Rochester Hills, MI
Job Description:
Will perform detailed calculations, quantity take-offs, and other design details on commercial, residential, and educational projects for independent clients as well as architects. The majority of their work currently is on K-12 projects, so this person will be tied to those projects. 80% of their work is K-12, but they also do some private sector work (Commercial mainly)
Will work in AutoCAD platform to produce the construction documents
Will use Civil 3D for design
Will be in the office the majority of the time, but might be asked to do a site visit for planning meetings and drawing reviews.
Must haves:
Must have proven experience in AutoCAD 2D
7+ years of Civil 3D design experience
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be willing to commute to Rochester Hills, MI
