Job Summary:
As part of the Communications Engineering organization, you will play a crucial role in innovating, developing, delivering, and operating voice and unified communications products for residential, commercial, and wholesale customers. You'll be immersed in a high-performance engineering culture that leverages modern DevSecOps practices to provide secure, high-quality experiences at scale. Core Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product and technical requirements, ensuring the best integration solutions.
- Design, support, and customize software and web applications, including managing the software update process and application rollouts.
- Engage in software documentation, including designs, evaluation plans, and technical manuals, ensuring they meet specifications and technical requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, advocating best practices and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with Quality Assurance to align applications with specifications and technical standards.
- Display in-depth knowledge of engineering methodologies, project management, and application in specified engineering specialties.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Candidates with a combination of coursework and experience or extensive related professional experience will also be considered.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a DevOps or similar role.
