Apex Systems is seeking a REMOTE AWS Connect Developer in Washington, DC in support of Federal Student Aid for the Department of Education.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance is required for this position. (US Citizenship required)
Role Overview
You will be supporting a large government integrator that is support Federal Student Aid. In this role, you will provide technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products. The work will mainly require technical skill to support Contact Center Operations utilizing Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Suite and other data center technologies.

Job Type: Full-Time 6-month contract to hire
Location: Remote, DC area preferred
Compensation: ~50/hr (rate negotiable dependent upon experience)
Clearance Required: Ability to obtain a Public Trust
Shift: EST Core Hours
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance (US Citizenship Required)
- Ability to troubleshoot routing issues and voice technologies
- 1-3 years of experience with:
- Amazon Connect
- Amazon Lex
- Amazon Lambda
- Experience in a Call Center environment
- Preferred Qualifications Experience with Cisco UCCE
- Contact-Center-As-A-Service
- Cloud-As-A-Service
- NICE Quality Monitoring
