Overview:
Chick-fil-A, Inc. has a stated intent to expand business interests in Canada, Puerto Rico and to the EMEA and APAC regions. As a result, Chick- fil-A is seeking a highly experienced Principal Engineering Delivery Lead to apply the technical experience you have gained in software development to the design, development, and delivery of highly engineered, complex technical products, serving to both oversee external partner teams and internal engineering stakeholders.
The role will report to the Director for International Technology in Entity Technology Solutions, serve on the ETSI (Entity Technology Solutions International) leadership and ETSI Engineering leadership teams, lead the Partner-led and Quality Engineering practices of ETSI and serve as the Engineering Point Authority for Contracting with the ETSI Program Management Office.

Responsibilities:
Lead multiple partner teams of Software Engineers focused on creating, executing and supporting projects for the International Technology Ecosystem.
Facilitate and oversee professional consulting agreements needed to scale technology for growth and support needs. Assess and consult vendor technical abilities to support entity needs.
Select and manage software and service vendors to optimal performance in support of ETSI strategy and goals.
Contribute to the strategic direction within ETSI and ITE, including standards, culture, and ways of working in line with strategy.
Lead partners in support of the Quality Engineering practice for the International Technology Ecosystem.
Partner with International Solutions Leader and International Solutions Architecture to provide support for global systems.
Partner with the Division Technology Leads to ensure strategic outcomes.
Provide technical leadership in support of the ETSI Program Management Office to steward Vendor partnerships and contracts.
Collaborate with the ETSI PMO to ensure adherence to international technology governance structures, methodologies, and compliance activities for the International Technology Ecosystem projects and regional technical teams.
Partner with DTT shared services engineering COEs to evaluate and onboard new technology methods necessary for delivering on global business objectives.
Work with the ETSI Engineering Leadership Team to identify and select technology solutions that enable regional business outcomes and objectives across all regions and evangelize those back to our DTT Engineering Partners.
Stay abreast of internal and external developments to identify and implement best practices and emerging technologies, leading continuous improvement efforts, and identifying new product opportunities.
Foster an international/global and common shared services mindset among ETSI staff.
Strategically leverage networks to drive innovation, best practice, and a continuous improvement culture.
Minimum Qualifications:
7 years of experience in technology solutions delivery.
5 years of product or platform leadership experience ensuring stakeholder outcomes.
Thorough knowledge of Software Engineering and related disciplines.
Software Engineering experience in a DevOps environment.
Strong collaboration mindset to gather input from multiple diverse stakeholders to drive a product strategy.
Experience architecting and shipping software solutions at scale.
Experience with CI/CD, agile, scrum or similar software development practices.
Broad and deep programming experience in either Java, Go, Typescript or other comparable languages.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong technical aptitude and leadership as well as business-outcome focused.
Ability to gather product feedback and steward the products and tools according to CFA International’s needs.
Ability to lead a portfolio of delivery tools through a team of continuous delivery.
Ability to navigate through a challenging situation, ensuring all parties are treated with honor, dignity, and respect.
Ability to connect high-level product vision with daily activities of the team.
Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of professionals.
