Electrical Engineering Manager

OneSparQ is looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer for a Military & Defense company. This position is onsite, located in Tanner, AL.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of combined experience in Electrical Engineering and Management
• Proficient in SolidWorks
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Additional Skills: (not required)

• Masters Degree in Engineering and/or PE License

Responsibilities:

• Oversee a multidisciplinary team of engineers and designers.
• Manage the new product development process, including production support changes (ECR/ECOs) and team priorities.
• Design electrical layouts in alignment with specified requirements.
• Engage in hands-on assembly, fitting, and testing of prototypes.
• Analyze and interpret system and product design requirements to ensure compliance with functional, customer, and manufacturing standards.
