Process Engineer (Laser & Dicing)

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        PQTF: Setup Laser process and make sure sampling done as setup

·        PQTF: Setup Dicing process and make sure sampling done as setup

·        PQTF: Setup final rinse process and make sure sampling done as setup

·        PQTF: Help related teams to setup automation

·        PQTF: Help related teams to setup quality system

·        PQTF: Create process guidelines to meet the customer’s development

·        Join meeting to understand overall capability of processes

  REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven track record of leadership and management in a substrate for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Excellent critical and analytical thinking
• Excellent problem-solving skill and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Good understanding of process Laser/Dicing/Final rinsing
• Good understanding of the specification of product

QUALITIFICATIONS:

• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States

EDUCATION:

·        Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or science related to chemistry

EXPERIENCE:

·        5+ year of Engineering experience in the substrate for semiconductor
