Join the Mailchimp Human Assistance team as a Senior Manager, Software Engineering. Intuit Mailchimp is a hybrid workplace, giving employees the opportunity to collaborate in person with team members in our New York, New York, or Atlanta, GA offices two or more days per week.

• To accomplish this, you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships and alignment with partners across the business (e.g., Program Management, Business Analysts, Program Managers, and Development Managers across the organization).

Minimum Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 5+ years of experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
• Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.
• Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumen.
• Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Expertise in the software design/architecture process.
• Experience in driving “mobile first” products.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferably, experience working with global teams.
