Position Summary

About The Role

• You will become an SME on Harness products, influence product decisions, and collaborate with engineering on the observability, monitoring & stability of the microservices.
• Own the incident management process, drive troubleshooting, and perform root cause analysis during production incidents.
• Ensure efficient and scalable deployments to production servers using automation scripts and other deployment tools.
• Document findings and recommendations for improving, maintaining, and enhancing deployment scripts, tools, and methodologies.
• Continuously iterate and improve upon the metrics, dashboards, and logging for the individual microservices.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, EE, CSM, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience as an SRE or a Cloud Engineer.
• Should have prior experience working with either AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Work Location

• Mountain View, CA - Hybrid - 3 days per week.

Pay transparency

$165,000—$190,000 USD.
