Job Description This position is responsible for the customer technical support and project coordination of equipment installations at customer sites. The position requires strong mechanical and/or electrical/controls aptitude, an in-depth knowledge of prints and schematics, and advanced skills in metal cutting technology a plus. This position may require periodic travel during machine installations (mostly domestic, some international) where you will interface with customers directly. The Service Engineer is responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships as well as acting as a project leader for GROB technicians.
