What You'll Do

As a member of the Quality Clearinghouse regulatory team, you will use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications for data processing, dashboards, and data submissions that run for our clients’ EHR (Electronic Health Record) system’s regulatory reporting solutions' submissions. The Quality Clearinghouse is a centralized clearinghouse that facilitates clients in submitting their Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and The Joint Commission (TJC) mandated quality measures. These data submissions help the clients to prove that they are meeting the required metrics as defined by CMS and TJC, as well as enabling them to receive financial incentives.

The work on the Quality Clearinghouse team will require you to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, submissions operations teams, and other software development teams to ensure client success in generating, reviewing, and submitting their reporting results to CMS and TJC to maximize their financial incentives and ensure high quality of patient care.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of a Software Developer on the Quality Clearinghouse regulatory team will include development of dashboards and data submission applications based upon government specifications and company procedures. Additionally, the developer will provide support of the solution clients through their applications and submissions of their regulatory reporting to government agencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Federal Security Clearance
  • 6-10 years of technical experience relevant to this position
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, or equivalent

Knowledge/Experience with:

  • Java
  • Ruby
  • API Integration
  • Python
  • ReactJS
  • Analytics and Reporting experience

Hiring Range: from $74,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
