Job Description:

• We're looking for a Field Quality Engineer to help support and enhance our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
• This role involves coordinating product returns, managing requests, and working closely with customers and internal teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage RMA requests from customers.
• Work with internal departments and third-party suppliers to ensure RMA procedures are completed on time.
• Support and improve our existing RMA processes to make them more efficient and reduce processing time.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to track the effectiveness of the RMA process.
• Ensure that all corporate and regulatory requirements are met within the RMA process.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5 years' experience in a customer facing role of any kind.
• Basic understanding of RMA processes and product return principles is a must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment, across multiple groups at Client.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of data.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, and web portals (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
• Experience with Python is a plus.

• Experience in any customer facing role.
• Experience with data management and process automation systems.
• Analytical thinking and ability to suggest improvements.
• Good knowledge of Linux, Python, and SQL.
