Selectek is seeking a highly skilled Drafter/Detailer with expertise in AutoCAD and Inventor (Solidworks experience also considered) to support two manufacturing facilities specializing in custom-built overhead bridge cranes and runway systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating, reviewing, and updating detailed drawings essential to the production process.Requirements:Associate degree or 2-year technical degree in mechanical and/or civil–architectural drafting or equivalent experience.Proficiency with Autodesk's AutoCAD and Inventor platforms (Solidworks experience accepted).Comfortable with MS Office applications, primarily Excel and Word.Job Responsibilities:Creation of 2D AutoCAD and 3D Inventor engineering documentation, including general arrangement drawings, fabrication drawings, assembly drawings, part drawings, bill of materials, and installation drawings. Ability to work from templates or create from scratch.Ability to take 2D drawings and create 3D content.Creation of requisitions for purchase.Proficient in making red-line mark-up corrections.Comfortable with mechanical and structural drafting.Management of engineering data in an Autodesk Vault environment.Multi-tasking and handling several projects simultaneously.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail is critical.Comfortable with both standard and metric units.Collaboration with different team members to gather necessary documentation.Ability to read architectural or building construction drawings.Effective communication with members of the Engineering Team, Sales Team, and Manufacturing Shop via phone and email.Pay Rate:$25/hr. - $33/hr.Shift & Hours:Monday-Friday8 am - 5 pmContact: If you are interested in learning more about this exciting opportunity, please email your updated resume to Jaie Rogers at or call 678-802-6632.Â
