Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal colleagues and IT team members to gather and understand business requirements.
- Assist in configuring and administering Salesforce, managing user permissions, and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Design and implement automations using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline business processes.
- Develop low-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps to meet departmental needs.
- Provide technical support for applications and systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Assist in creating technical documentation for both operational and system-level procedures.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute ideas for improving current systems and processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts, software development life cycle, and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus.
- Understanding of web development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and APIs.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools, especially related to business automation and CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
