Looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join a leading property services company for a Mobile Role based in Kensington & West London areas carrying out Responsive Day to day repair and maintenance work.
Offering a competitive salary of £36,000 + Company van, 26 days holiday + bank holidays, Bonus scheme, Enhanced Pension Plan and more.
You'll work to deliver a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include Plumbing, Carpentry, Kitchen & Bathroom fitting and general maintenance works in a social housing setting.
Requirements
- Hold a relevant trade qualification, NVQ2 or equivalent C&G.
- Previous experience working in social housing properties.
- You must hold a valid full or automatic UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided (work use only).
- Flexible approach as you will be asked to go on an out of hours call out rota.
