MANDATORY SKILLS: A TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required for this role. Twenty (20) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO. The candidate will be responsible for system verification, ensuring systems are running and providing resolutions to issues (ex: fixing docker containers, system restarts, verifying bugs in OpenCTI). The candidate will monitor Jira help portal for user account requests or trouble tickets. The candidate will deploy new changes, optimizing runtime environment. The candidate will be responsible for development and troubleshooting as required, based on new OpenCTI releases or other requirements. The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills as they will perform customer outreach in order to gather requirements, as well as assist customers with system usage and issues.

- Gitlab runners (for pushing Docker images to containeryard)
