Sr. Application Developer - Software Engineer (Java, Spring and GCP – Highly Desired

Job Description:

Ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience.

Must have hands-on project experience using the below skillset:

1. Core Java, SpringBoot, Microservices / REST APIs, Spring JPA
2. GCP / Storage managed services such as Spanner, Cloud SQL, NoSQL databases OR on-prem databases such as Oracle

Responsibilities:

• Experience troubleshooting applications in the production environment that is deployed on the GCP platform or on-prem environment.
• Knowledge with respect to the GCP native architecture & design.
• Containerization of Java SpringBoot applications including packaging, deployment, and configuration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge and experience implementing/utilizing CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge and experience implementing/utilizing popular design patterns for both Java as well as Microservices / REST APIs.
• Good to have GraphQL knowledge; implementation experience is a plus.
