Your Team, Your Impact
We are looking for a motivated and accomplished candidate to join our highly-skilled team of RF Analog & Silicon Photonics Product Engineers. The Senior Staff Product is responsible for independently leading product and sustaining development for Marvell analog and optical devices.What You Can Expect
- Leadproduct engineeringactivities, new silicon bring-up, product sampling and yield/cost improvement - from low volume into high-volumemanufacturing
- Track major schedule mile-stones
- Design and implement process-oriented and data-drivenproductionmethods to guarantee productquality
- Work with Design and Test Engineering to robustify and improve productscreening and coverage atwafer-probe and packagelevels
- Lead test time and cost reductions to meet manufacturing targets
- Work with Operations and Planningto drive on-time delivery according to the production backlog
- Managesubcon partners and drive NPI process with a global OSAT team
- Provide necessary product engineering support to all customer returns working laterally with Quality engineering in a timely manner
- Lead NPI, characterization and qualification activities.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and 3-5 years of related professional experience. OR Master's degree and/or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with 2-3 years of experience.
Family with optical setups/testing and silicon photonics.
Knowlegable with scripting languanges such as Python or AWK
Knowledgable of RF Testing methodologies and test equipment
Prior exposure to wafer level testing
Statistical Analysis capabilities - prior experience with JMP is preferred
Ability to run cross-functional meetings
Excellent communication / presentation skills

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
89,300 - 132,200, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
