Job Title: Design Engineer 4
Location: Mossville- IL
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay rate: $45 -$53 an hour on W2
Job Description:
Opportunity to work in the rapidly growing electrification field at Automotive clients. Work with cross-functional teams from design, controls, simulation, facility design, and more. Research, design, develop, manufacture, and test tools, engines, machines, and other mechanical devices.
Education & Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience required.
- 5-10 years of experience preferred.
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Advanced ability to make sketches, engineering drawings and common computations.
- Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
- Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD).
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Team player and detail oriented.
- Displays attributes of a critical thinker and leverages innovative ideas.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
Disqualifiers/Red Flags :
- Less than 3 years of experience.
