Manufacturing Engineer (Weekend Shift)

PacSci EMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our weekend shift team. This role will be a key member of our engineering team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing production readiness assessments.
• Readiness will be assessed by evaluating alignment between manufacturing/design documentation and customer/contract requirements.
• Deliverables will be a formal readiness/compliance report for each contract as well as an overall project status report.
• Additional activities may include execution of actions required to address the compliance gaps identified in the assessment (i.e.: Updating Engineering Documentation, submitting Request for Variances with the customer, etc.).

Qualifications:

• SolidWorks/AutoCAD experience required.
• Strong problem-solving skills required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in Compliance Matrix generation in the Aerospace defense industry preferred.
• Relentless eye for detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

• B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related Engineering Discipline.
