What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers and engineering managers
2. Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of mobile applications for iOS and Android
3. Ensure mobile applications are secure, user-friendly, and compliant with medical regulations
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
5. Direct long- and short-term planning of department personnel and budgets

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field
2. Minimum of 15 years of software development experience
3. At least 10 years of experience leading software engineering teams, including 5 years in mobile application teams
4. Proven experience in mobile application development for both iOS and Android platforms
5. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in the medical device industry

1. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
2. Familiarity with cloud services and APIs integration
3. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles as applied to mobile applications
