CNC Machinist

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our dynamic team at our Elgin, Illinois location.
Responsibilities

• Machine parts to print using vertical CNCs and/or CNC lathes
• Promote teamwork
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Promote and ensure safe working practices and a healthy work environment
• Report all maintenance issues in writing to the appropriate department supervisor and operations managers
• Any other duties that me be assigned by department manager

Requirements

• At least 3 years of CNC mill operation and programming experience, and a strong understanding of M and G code
• Must have experience with Fanuc controls
• Strong math skills
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift at 25 lbs
• Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal, as well as basic computer skills
• Able to work with and give feedback to department supervisors to resolve issues on the shop floor
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to adapt to changing workloads
