Required Experience: 3-6 Years Project management
Preferred: Oil and Gas Retail Experience

Activités HSEQ:
To effectively manage and minimize HSE risk within the area of responsibility by ensuring:

  1. Compliance with all HSE Policies, rules, guidelines, and legal requirements
  2. Promotion of a safe working environment and positively contributing to the company HSE KPIs and risk reduction strategies
  3. That HSE competency requirements are identified & enforced within the area of responsibility
  4. Compliance with the OHS Act of 1993 (Asbestos, Construction, Electrical Installation, Environmental, etc)
  5. Ensure adherence to TMSA HSEQ procedures by contractors and staff.
  6. Provide assurance on HSEQ and take corrective action in your area of responsibility.
  7. Ensure that only contractors with valid contracts are used, including TotalEnergies Group ICC policy compliance.

Reporting:
Ensure Sales & Marketing and Investment teams are optimally engaged on allocated projects. Participating in business development meetings as and when required. Own a commanding understanding of the Amethyst standards. Allocated Projects Progress Management and Reporting including but not limited to Project HSSE & Quality Performance, Schedule Compliance, Progress Cost Status vs Budget, and Risk Management.

Customer Service:
Delivery of Projects in line with agreed stakeholders' KPIs. Provide cost estimates within agreed timeframes for investment assessments.

Budget:
Budget Control, including optimal management of project scope changes and value generation/optimization. Ensure timeous liquidation of allocated budget.

Projects Design, Construction and Engineering:
Ensuring effective project scoping for all allocated technical projects, including all stakeholder requirements. Ensure that project feasibility studies are completed for all allocated projects. Ensure effective management of change in line with approved MOC procedure for related projects. Ensure project review sessions are conducted including arranging, facilitating, and recording the proceedings of project review meetings. Ensure project design reviews are completed in line with approved Project Methodology. Ensure that all projects comply with regulatory requirements, group standards (e.g. Amethyst) as well as engineering and construction best practices. Ensure legal requirements are met including but not limited to municipal engagements and obtaining local authorities’ approvals for allocated projects. Ensure effective planning, organizing, control, and execution of project site activities. Effective management of project KPIs/EG (Safety, Quality, Schedule, Cost) including ensuring effective, timely engagement with project stakeholders. Ensure optimal management of projects documentation, commissioning, and handover, including optimal guarantee management and maintenance planning. To report on the assets under construction (AUC) on a monthly basis until completion of project and ensure that assets are created, loaded, and approved by the technical manager and finance department.
