Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking an Information Technology Administrator for a new project at Los Angeles Air Force Base.
We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer – Journeyman to help support the efforts at LAAFB in the disciplines as listed, but not limited to, below:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete Work Orders for all work and customer inquiries, and address, update, escalate, and/or resolve all Work Orders submitted to the Support Center Ticketing and Det 1 SharePoint System.
- Typical workload for Work Orders include:
- Diagnosing and resolving problems in response to customer reported incidents.
- Researching, evaluating, and providing feedback on problematic trends and patterns in customer support requirements.
- Developing and maintaining problem tracking and resolution databases.
- Installing, moving, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining customer hardware and software.
- Developing and managing customer service performance requirements.
- Developing customer support policies, procedures, and standards.
- Providing customer training.
- Ensuring the rigorous application of information security/information assurance policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of customer support services.
- Processing of user account forms (2875) for all systems.
- Oversee all Information (IT) projects at the direction of Det-1 Enterprise Cybersecurity and coordinate all efforts for the IT Support Center.
- Manage software licenses in accordance with AFMAN 17-1203 section 3.4.2.8.
- Provide assistance to users experiencing issues with Software, Cybersecurity, Network Access, and other SSC Enterprise related computer problems and inquiries:
- Provide a Monthly Cyber Incident Report.
- Manage COMPUSEC administrative processes in accordance with AFMAN 17-1301, Section 2.11.
- Follow the reporting process matrix when cybersecurity incidents occur.
- Work with SSC Enterprise Cybersecurity to make updates to the Continuity Guide and report updates.
- Manage permissions and access to LiveLink libraries.
- Manage permissions and access to SharePoint sites.
- Ensure that organizational assets are used in the most efficient manner:
- Manage all internal SZI government information technology property and SSC laptop equipment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance if required.
- Successfully complete:
- National Agency Check or secret security clearance.
- DD Form 2875, System Authorization Access Request.
- AF Form 4394, AF User Agreement Statement.
- Completed annual training in myLearning:
- Cyber Awareness Challenge.
- Controlled Unclassified Information Training.
- Operations Security Awareness Training.
- DOD Mobile Device Training.
- Derivative Classification Training.
- Telephone Control Officer (TCO) Training.
- Accountable Property Custodian Training.
- Unit Software License Management Training.
- DOD Information Assurance Technical level II certifications:
- IAW latest DoD Directive 8140 Cyberspace Workspace Management and DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program and meet the latest cyber security requirements.
