Senior Aircraft Electronics Technician

Salary: $6,500 Signing Bonus. Relocation Assistance Available.

Shifts: All Shifts

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 6 years of experience in aircraft electronics or 2 years of aviation electronics schooling and 4 years of related experience
• A & P license, FCC license, or NCATT certification preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership, technical expertise, and guidance in operational testing and repairs of avionics/electronic aircraft equipment
• Conducts training to support cross-training goals and skilled workforce development
• Ensures quality and efficiency of installations and troubleshooting processes
• Oversees performance and compliance with engineering changes and modifications
• Coordinates with other disciplines concerning projects

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency in troubleshooting other aircraft systems
• APU run qualification and engine run qualification preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematic diagrams
