Position Title: CNC Operator - 2nd Shift
Wage: $20.00 - $21.00/hour
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 3:00pm - 1:30am (Monday - Thursday)

CNC Operator Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines and modify program offsets, tool offsets and subroutine statements to address dimensional discrepancies between trimmed parts and specifications
- Inspect and adjust parts, submitting them to the supervisor for first piece approval
- Operate multi-axis CNC equipment to complete assigned job tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all CNC operations related to production, quality, and maintenance
- Conduct quality checks on processed parts using precision measuring instruments, remaining vigilant about potential issues such as alignments, fits, cut quality and print flaws
- Ensure equipment and fixtures are in good working condition, performing minor repairs and lubrication as needed
- Uphold a clean and safe working environment for all team members
Requirements for CNC Operator:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least two years of manufacturing and machine operating experience
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Solid understanding of formatting and editing CNC programs
- Experience using various types of inspection gauges
