What you will be doing:
- Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products.
- Interacts with product managers and/or users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.
- Participates in software design meetings and analyzes user needs to determine technical requirements.
- Writes technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.
- Writes code, completes development tasks for various projects and performs testing and debugging of applications using current programming languages and technologies.
- Opportunity to involve in modernization of application with cloud technologies.
- Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance.
- Experience with SAFe/Agile Methodology.
- Trains and communicates with internal Client Training, Client Relationship and Sales teams on systems application.
- May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentations to technical and business groups to internal and/or external audiences.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information systems is preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of IT experience with programming languages on C/C++, UNIX, Oracle.
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles.
- Strong design and programming knowledge using either C/C++ on Unix/Linux environment.
- Knowledge of RDBMS/SQL such as Oracle and DB2.
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g., executive, management, individual contributors).
- Excellent problem-solving, team, and time management skills.
- General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills.
- Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge and awareness in PCI/PADSS standards.
- Build tool: Bit Bucket, GIT etc.
- Organizational and time management skills required (ability to juggle multiple priorities at a time).
- Python, Java.
