Special Requirements

  • US Citizenship required to obtain Public Trust
  • Active Department of Homeland Security Public Trust, EOD, OR Top Secret clearance preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree + min of 10 years of experience

The Gist

The RPA Developer will work as part of a team in delivering hyperautomation solutions that bring high return on operations and delight to our end users.

What Your Day Might Include...

  • Design, develop and implement automation solutions.
  • Provide technical support of RPA Automation development and implementation in UiPath, Power Automate, AWS offerings.
  • Architect and develop process-based solutions, as needed.
  • Build code sequences to automate repetitive tasks and manual processes.
  • Proactively monitor and measure the effectiveness of automations and troubleshoot, as needed.
  • Troubleshoot production problems related to software applications.
  • Research, test, build, and coordinate the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements.
  • Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.
  • Perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects and brief to Federal and Amivero leadership.
  • Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.
  • Resolve problems with software and respond to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
  • Act as technical lead on projects.
  • Instruct, assign, direct, and review the work of other software developers across the program.
  • Work in collaboration with the Scrum Master and Business Analyst to align with Agile best practices.
  • Always be learning.

You'll Bring These Qualifications...

  • Over 5+ years supporting clients in RPA or systems development
  • Understanding of Scrum and Agile best practices
  • Willingness to learn new tools and skills
  • Ability to identify processes that are ideal for automation and creative problem-solving ability
  • RPA tool experience
  • Experience creating SOPs and similar process guides
  • Ability to follow design and coding standards and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
