Project Engineer or Geologist

As a Project Environmental Engineer or Geologist, you will play a key role in managing and executing environmental remediation projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop site-specific remediation strategies, and provide technical expertise throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage environmental remediation projects from initiation to completion.
• Conduct site assessments, data collection, and analysis to identify contaminants and evaluate site conditions.
• Develop and implement remediation plans in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure project alignment with environmental standards.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and regulatory agencies.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental remediation and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards (e.g., EPA, RCRA, CERCLA).
• Proficient in data analysis software and GIS applications.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
