There's currently a 2 week (Workstation Refresh) project that will kick off on October 28th, 2024 on-site in Irvine, California. One of our clients is looking to consolidate Active Directory domains and as a part of that they're going to refresh devices for one of their brands they acquired a while back and in refreshing the devices deploy the new one's in the centralized AD Forest. Looking for someone with experience with Imaging and utilizing SCCM/Active Directory.

Summary :
- Client is working to consolidate AD domains and as a part of that they're going to refresh devices for one of their brands they acquired a while back and in refreshing the devices deploy the new one's in the centralized AD Forest.
- Looking for something along the lines of a good tier desktop engineer or two (ideally two) to help there team work through the workstation refresh process with the user population at Irvine.
Resource Description (strong IT desktop support engineer)
o O365 troubleshooting experience
o PC Desktop Support troubleshoot/Desktop Hardware/Software
o Knowledge of Active Directory accounts permissions
o Experience with Software Center/SCCM
o Experience imaging computers with SCCM
o CompTia or relevant experience
o Understand how to Map Drives
o Basic Network/DNS knowledge
Process you'd be helping with:
o Have user backup and sync all files to Onedrive on old device
o User backs up/or syncs bookmarks etc.
o Note any programs/printers/drive mappings etc on old computer
o Login to new computer- login and configure Onedrive to sync and configure bookmarks/etc.
o Configure any programs/printers/drive mappings from above
