CNC Machine Operator - 2ND SHIFT

PrideStaff is seeking a Second Shift CNC Machine Operator for a manufacturing client in Golden. This client is recognized as a top employer in the Denver area. This position will initially train on day shift, 7 am to 4 pm then move to second shift, 3:30 pm to 11 pm. There is a $1.50 per hour, shift pay differential , once working the second shift.
CNC Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Load and unload small parts onto milling centers and CNC's
• Ream and Tap with drill press or manual mill
• Bending lock and other equipment as needed using a small pneumatic press
• Perform basic machine maintenance
• Inspect parts in bulk quantities
• Follow 5S principles
• Change tooling and make machine adjustments

CNC Machine Operator Job Requirements:

• 2 years CNC Mill experience OR formal machinist training / education
• Basic math skills
• Comfortable handling sharp objects
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Aptitude for quality craftsmanship
• Basic understanding of GD&T
