From bike trails and interstate highways to drinking water and wastewater, we have supported municipal and private projects from start to finish since the 1930s.We are collaborative, we are impactful, and together as owners-we make a difference.ResponsibilitiesThe work you may doProject management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QCClient relations including virtual or applicable in person meetings with existing and new clientsDesign of transportation infrastructure projectsPreparation of details, specifications, and bidding documentsPreparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projectsReview and respond to proposals for projects with assistance from MSA team membersAssist with mentoring junior staffQualificationsWhat you bring Skills and Knowledge / Education and Experience:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required4+ years of mobility/transportation engineering experience is required (4-8 preferred)PE license required (IA PE preferred)IowaDOT project experience requiredPrevious client liaison and project management experience or a desire to step into that role is requiredSolid written and verbal communication skillsDesire to work in a consulting environmentThis position requires you to have authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
