Job Description:
Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is seeking a Cloud Software Developer (DevOps) to be responsible for assisting in building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure utilizing knowledge in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment (CI/CD), Cloud technologies, Container Orchestration and Security. You will be able to build and test end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that systems are safe against security threats.
Responsibilities:
- Use DevSecOps to accelerate enterprise cloud adoption while enabling rapid and stable delivery of capabilities using continuous integration and continuous deployment principles, methodologies, and technologies.
- Identify, prototype, engineer, and deploy emerging software engineering methodologies and tools.
- Automate and enhance DevSecOps pipelines and other tasks.
- Define and promote enterprise software engineering and DevSecOps standards, practices, and behaviors.
- Operate and support a suite of enterprise DevSecOps services.
Here's what you need:
- Experience with provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software and infrastructure-as-code in a DevSecOps and continuous delivery environment using tools such as terraform.
- Minimum 1 year experience with Amazon Web Services.
- Minimum 1 year experience with container technologies/software such as Kubernetes.
- Minimum 1 year experience with Linux operating systems, command-line interfaces, network technologies.
- Active TS with SCI eligibility clearance.
Bonus points if you have:
- Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M IA certifications; IAT Level II baseline and computing environment certifications such as Security + and an AWS certification.
- Cloud Computing Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certification.
Security Clearance:
- Active TS w/ SCI eligibility US Government security clearance required.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$97,300 — $196,500 USD
