• You've led a 30+ web application development team at a product-centric, customer-first company
• You're a master of remote management and excel at coaching teams for peak performance
• You can wear multiple hats: Tech lead, scrum master, leader - you make it work ?
• You've thrived in B2B environments, collaborating with enterprise customers
• You're a strategic thinker with a proven track record of establishing technical roadmaps
• You can translate business needs into clear goals that motivate engineers

• Languages/Frameworks: NodeJS, React, Typescript, Python, GraphQL, Django
• Database: PostgreSQL (Google Cloud SQL), Redis, Google Cloud Datastore
• Infrastructure/Systems: Docker, Google Kubernetes Engine, Auth0, Datadog
