Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Support Engineer position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Support Engineer will join the Billing and Subscription organization, serving as the primary point of contact for customers and partners through phone, email, or web channels. This is an exciting opportunity to provide tangible value by actively and collaboratively resolving customer issues using analytical skills and offering proactive support guidance.

In this role you will:

• Resolve complex customer billing issues that may involve several cloud technologies and billing issues
• Quickly identify cases that require escalation
• Create and maintain incident management requests to the product group, engineering group, and finance team
• Maintain ongoing, current, high-quality case notes to support customers as a team

The Ideal Candidate

• 4+ years of experience as a Support Engineer
• Experience in technical support or billing support role
• Experience with Azure and/or compete cloud products
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
