Qualifications:
5+ years of professional full stack development experience, Angular, C#/.NET , SQL. Positive attitude, Motivated, Takes initiative, Strong communication.
Description : Development is 60% front end /40% backend-Angular & C# . The individuals selected will participate in software development team responsibilities primarily as full-stack developer focusing on projects with an exciting level of risk, complexity, and visibility. The software our client is developing is the next generation of an existing product using .NET technologies currently in use at tolling operations nationwide. They are taking initiative to merge multiple software tools into a common web portal based on Angular for more flexibility of access, integration, and movement between tools.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading and driving the UI team.
- Develop new user-facing features.
- Design, develop, test, and modify robust, scalable multi-threaded services and applications using C#, frameworks, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
- Participate in daily scrum meetings and update the daily task progress of the team
- Participate in design discussions for toll collection systems new feature creation and/or existing functionality performance improvements
- Assist in system installations and provide post-deployment support for customer-reported issues
- Assist in troubleshooting customer-reported bugs and update the program code base for bug resolutions
- Provide experience-based timelines and estimates for delivering high-quality products based on requirements and specifications.
- Document program code base and assist in user guide manual content creation
Qualifications:
- Recent experience using Angular (> = 2) and Typescript
- C# with the .NET 4.5+ Framework
- Team leadership experience, including conducting code reviews
- Understanding of web markup, including HTML 5, CSS3
- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms (LESS)
- Proficient in client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
- Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
- Experience using Microsoft's WebAPI technology.
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Architecture(OOA) and Service Oriented Architecture(SOA) Designs
- Experience with database development using Microsoft SQL Server.
- A passion for design, problem-solving, and hands-on development.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field is required. A master's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering field is highly desirable.
